FBN Insurance rewards outstanding salesmen

FBN Insurance is a household name from the renowned First Bank Holdings, owners and management of First Bank Nigeria Limited, First bank pensions, and host of many, where as the FBN Insurance is another big name amidst the several branches of subsidiaries under the FBN Holdings. It was established over 10 years ago and remains one of the very few vast growing insurance company nationwide, in light of this, they prove it right as FBN Insurance recently bagged the Insurance company of the year at the 2018 AIO/Africa Reinsurance Awards.

Recently, to boost the morale of its staff, FBN Insurance stood firm to appreciate the effort put in place by few of its outstanding staff who had probably taken a lead ahead of other staff by ensuring and serving a memorable service experience to their customers or they had made a way to strong conviction in terms of customers base acquisition to targets given within a given period of time at the given year.

Part of its corporate strategy responsibilities was melt down on some outstanding salesmen at the recent annual retails award meeting held in Abia State, which was relatively built by management in a bid to uphold and show her appreciation and continuous motivation with reaffirmation to her commitment to growing tall in the insurance industry as relating to the retail insurance marketing in Nigeria.

One of the celebrated and awardees at the event held at Aba was Ndubueze Onyekachi, who operates at the Aba zonal region, as he went home with joy after been announced as the winner of a  brand new Toyota car branded by the First Bank of Nigeria Insurance Company. This is coupled with the fact that he wasn’t expecting anything as long as that, though he was on top of the ladder as outstanding salesmen and overall best staff in the financial advisor section for the region.

Another awardee at the event whose joy knew no bounds was Ikenhi Wisdom, who was the first runner up and went home with an all expenses paid trip to visit the United Arab Emirates, Dubai, while the second runner up Miss Iyogwoya Roseline, who doubles as the predecessors to Ndubueze Onyekachi as she won the overall best staff for last year also went home with a 55’’ inches TV, as gift.

Speaking at the occasion was the Head, Retail Distribution of the First Bank Insurance, Mr. Odinakachi Umekwe, who appreciated the support received from the Headquarters and Board of Directors of First Bank Insurance in making the occasion a reality, and entrust on all beneficiaries of the award not to see it as the top of the world but they should consider the awards as a motivations for them to do more than expected of them by the management team, who had gone a long way to appreciate their efforts over the year. Other staff that couldn’t make it up to the list is encouraged to put in more efforts herein, he advised the beneficiaries and recipient of the awards not to relent as everybody wants, and are in a quest to win someday.

The events was witnessed by cross section of loyal customers of the FBN Insurance policy products, FBN Insurance Executive management, among who are the then MD/CEO FBN insurance, MR. VAL OJUMAH, CFO FBN insurance, MR. Festus Izevbizua, Head of the Marketing and Corporate Communications, FBN Insurance, Elizabeth Agugoh, alongside the Executive Director (Technical) FBN Insurance, Mr. Ekpe ukabio among others.
